How much is it to work with Oakline?
At Oak Line, we offer a range of packages tailored to suit your needs, all of which can be customised. For ongoing maintenance, we provide a ready-made package with an annual retainer, payable monthly or annually. One-off projects are also available; however, for the most efficient response and best value, we recommend a retained service. Retainers are quoted based on the maintenance level and specific requirements of your property.
Is it a subscription or can I pay for a one-time project?
We offer a retainer service for landlords and homeowners, similar to a maintenance subscription, which includes cover for certain incidents. We also provide one-off pricing for larger projects. Clients without a retainer in place would be charged on a one-off basis for any works carried out.
Do you specialise in maintenance or do you also do home renovations?
We specialise in maintenance services, including electrical, plumbing, and construction work. We also offer small-scale renovation services such as kitchen installations and extensions. For larger projects, our sister company specialises in full home renovations and can work alongside us to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Can you work with my tenants?
Yes, we offer a tailored service for landlords that allows current tenants to register and report any queries or issues with the property. This is ideal if you prefer not to handle emergencies directly. We will keep you informed of any required work and seek your approval where necessary. For works not included in your package or for larger projects, you can choose to proceed with a one-off fee through us or seek external support.
I am renovating my house can you help?
Yes, we offer renovation services and also work alongside our sister company to support larger-scale projects. Please contact our team and we’ll be happy to discuss your renovation requirements and provide a tailored quote.
Which area do you provide services in?
We currently only service properties located within Hampshire and the Wiltshire region and are unable to offer services outside these areas at this time.
